PE and Sports Funding
PE and School Sports Funding is a government grant intended to increase children’s participation in activity during and beyond the school day.

At Westfield, we are very proud of our sporting achievements and the number of children who already access a wide range of PE and sports activities. We currently hold the Platinum Sports Mark for our wide participation in activities and high quality sports offfer. We regularly participate in a wide range of sports across the local area and at county level competitions.

The building of our dance studio has enabled us to work with local groups to provide after school activities which many of our children attend.
Our main aim this year is to continue to encourage children to be even more active during their break times and lunchtimes and maintain high quality teaching of physical education acrosss the school.
